# Cara Menggunakan Auto Follow Up

**Auto Follow Up** merupakan fitur yang bisa digunakan untuk kirim pesan follow up seperti reminder atau promosi secara otomatis ke calon customer Kamu saat data kontak WhatsApp mereka dimasukkan ke dalam List. 

Kamu bisa masukkan database kontak customer Kamu ke dalam List melalui metode file (txt, csv, excel), manual, Sync From WA, Smart Bot Action, dan Daily Leads.

Fitur ini sangat cocok buat kamu yang ingin kirim pesan follow up ke customer selama 1 - 7 hari (days) secara otomatis sampai closing.

### Perbedaan WABA / Co-Ex dengan WhatsApp Reguler

Ketika ingin membuat Auto Follow Up, maka akan muncul tampilan pop up seperti ini.

Pilih **WABA / Co-Ex (Official)** dan klik tombol **Continue**.

Isi kolom **Follow Up Name**, **Content Title**, ubah **Status** menjad **Published**, dan setting **Send After** untuk menentukan waktu pengiriman pesan otomatisnya.

**- Draft =** Content hanya tersimpan dan tidak akan terkirim otomatis.

**- Published =** Content tersimpan dan akan terkirim otomatis.

**📌Send After**

**- hour(s) =** Content akan terkirim dalam jangka waktu per jam.

**- day(s) =** Content akan terkirim dalam jangka waktu per hari.

Klik button Status **Inactive** sampai berubah menjadi **Active**.

Kemudian klik tombol **Select Template** di bagian **Content Message**.

Pilih template pesan yang ingin Kamu kirim dan klik tombol **Choose Template**.

Jika di template Kamu [**menggunakan fitur variabel**](https://docs.watzap.id/help/broadcast-unofficial/penjelasan-fitur-variable)**,** maka kamu harus [**upload kontak customer**](https://docs.watzap.id/help/list) terlebih dahulu di **menu List** sebelum membuat Auto Follow Up.&#x20;

Minimal ada 1 kontak dengan variabel yang sesuai. Contohnya seperti ini.

Selanjutnya, di menu **Auto Follow Up**, kunjungi **menu Settings**. Lalu **ceklis list kontak** yang ingin di Follow Up. Kemudian aktifkan **fitur Track Read** dan **Track Replied** apabila diperlukan.

**Khusus ceklis list** yang isinya ada database kontak **wajib dilakukan** agar fitur variabel berfungsi dan auto follow up bisa digunakan dengan normal.

Langkah berikutnya, kembali lagi ke menu **Content** dan **sesuaikan variabel** template pesannya.

Isi **Messages** follow up nya sesuai dengan kebutuhan.&#x20;

Disarankan menggunakan **fitur variabel** seperti **{{contact\_name}}** untuk menyebutkan nama customer Kamu supaya pesan menjadi lebih personal.
