# Cara Menggunakan Daily Leads

**Daily Leads** adalah fitur mengelola database kontak customer yang ada di WhatsApp. Dengan fitur ini, Kamu bisa mengetahui jumlah customer yang masih bertanya-tanya, menunda pembayaran, sampai customer yang ingin repeat order.

Selain itu, Kamu juga bisa **pindahkan database kontak** yang ada di Daily Leads ini **ke menu List** untuk di broadcast atau follow Up di lain hari.

Untuk panduan penggunaan fitur Daily Leads sama seperti [**membuat Smart Bot Action**](/help/auto-engage/cara-menggunakan-smart-bot-action.md)**.**

Hanya saja Kamu bisa ganti action nya dari Reply Message menjadi Save to Daily Leads, atau bisa juga tambahkan action baru dan pilih **Save to Daily Leads** seperti ini.

Kemudian, scroll ke atas dan klik tombol **Sav**e atau Save & Exit. Pastikan **status** action nya **Active**.

Dengan begitu, Kamu bisa langsung coba dengan chat ke nomor smart bot menggunakan nomor lain.

Jika bot berhasil ke trigger, maka akan muncul database kontak nya seperti ini di **menu Daily Leads**.
