# Penjelasan Mengenai Hasil Sync WhatsApp / Group Grabber Kosong

Jika saat menggunakan [fitur Sync from WhatsApp](/help/list/import-kontak-dari-whatsapp.md) atau [Group Contact Grabber](/help/list/import-kontak-dari-group-grabber.md) hasilnya seperti berikut ini, jangan panik!

Hal itu terjadi karena sistem WhatsApp belum mengirimkan seluruh database yang ada di nomor Kamu ke WatZap.&#x20;

Jadi hal yang perlu Kamu lakukan adalah menunggu kurang lebih 1 jam setelah [menghubungkan nomor WhatsApp](/help/connect-to-whatsapp/cara-connect-nomor-whatsapp.md) ke dalam WatZap.

Setelah nomor Kamu berhasil terhubung kurang lebih selama 1 jam, maka kamu baru bisa menggunakan Sync from WhatsApp atau Group Contact Grabber kembali.
