# Cara Kirim File / Lampiran

Di dalam fitur [**Multi-user WhatsApp Web**](/help/multi-user-whatsapp-web/apa-itu-multi-user-whatsapp-web.md) ini, Kamu bukan hanya bisa chattingan biasa dengan customer. Tapi Kamu juga bisa *attach* File baik itu Gambar ataupun Document ke dalamnya.

Nah, untuk menambahkan Gambar atau File di Multi-user WhatsApp Web, mula-mula Kamu klik tombol **“Attach File”**.

Akan muncul dua opsi yang bisa Kamu pilih, yaitu **Image** dan **Document**.

Pilih Image atau Document yang ingin Kamu kirimkan kepada penerima pesan. Kamu juga bisa menuliskan pesan tambahan. Jika sudah, Kamu bisa langsung mengirim file tersebut dengan klik tombol **“Send”**.

File pun berhasil terkirim ke penerima pesan.
