# Cara Reset Password (Jika Lupa)

Lupa dengan password login sering kali di alami oleh beberapa user WatZap. Tapi Kamu tidak perlu khawatir, sebab ada cara untuk mengatasinya.

Pertama, klik **“Forgot Password”** yang ada di halaman login WatZap.

Selanjutnya isi email yang Kamu gunakan untuk login WatZap lalu klik **“Reset Password”**. Jika sudah maka permintaan reset password akan terkirim ke email yang terdaftar.

Jika email sudah diterima, klik link reset password yang ada di dalam kiriman email tersebut.

Masukkan password baru yang akan digunakan. Ingat! Pastikan ada huruf besar, huruf kecil, dan juga angka di dalamnya ya. Jika sudah, klik **“Set My New Password”**.

Maka proses pengubahan password telah berhasil dilakukan, selanjutnya Kamu tinggal *Sign-In* untuk masuk ke dalam dashboard WatZap nya.
