# Cara Setting 2FA Email OTP

**Two-factor Authentication (2FA) Email OTP** adalah mekanisme keamanan tambahan yang mengirimkan kode verifikasi sementara (OTP) ke email Kamu sebagai faktor kedua saat login. Kode ini bersifat sementara dan memastikan hanya pemilik email yang dapat menyelesaikan autentikasi.

Nah, untuk setting 2FA menggunakan Email OTP, Kamu bisa ikuti langkah-langkah berikut ini.

Pertama-tama, kamu bisa **kunjungi menu Account Settings,** pilih **Two-factor Authentication**, dan klik tombol **Turn On**.

Setelah itu, cek email kamu dan masukkan kode OTP nya dan klik tombol **Verify & Enable**.

Dengan begitu, maka akan muncul notifikasi berhasil dan klik tombol **OK**.

### Cara Login menggunakan 2FA Email OTP

Jika kamu mengaktifkan 2FA Email OTP, maka saat login ke dalam dasbor WatZap kamu akan diminta masukkan kode OTP.

Kamu bisa **masukkan kode OTP** yang sudah dikirim ke email kamu. Klik tombol **Verify.**

### Cara non-aktifkan 2FA Email OTP

Jika ingin menon-aktifkan 2FA Email OTP, kamu bisa kunjungi menu **Account Settings**. Pilih **Two-factor Authentication**, dan klik tombol **Turn Off** di bagian **Email OTP.**

Kemudian klik tombol **Turn Off**.

Setelah itu, masukkan password login akun WatZap kamu dan klik tombol **Confirm Turn Off**.
