# Cara Mengganti Paket Langganan

Jika Kamu ingin *upgrade*/mengganti paket langganan, Kamu bisa klik menu **Account Settings**.

Lalu Klik menu **Subscription Plan**.

Klik tombol “**Change**“.

Maka akan muncul tampilan seperti ini.

Di menu **Change Plan** ini, terdapat 5 kolom berbeda yang bisa Kamu ubah. Ada kolom Change Plan, How Many Contacts, WhatsApp Number, Different Period, dan Custom Domain + Custom Logo.

Di kolom Change Plan, Kamu bisa memilih Plan WatZap yang lain, yaitu **Personal**, **Plus**, atau **Premium** (Untuk pengguna Premium, kolom ini tidak akan muncul karena tidak bisa melakukan downgrade paket ke Plus atau Personal).

Di kolom **How Many Contacts?**, Kamu bisa pilih jumlah kontak yang ingin dimasukkan ke dalam WatZap selama masa langganan.

Sedangkan, di kolom **WhatsApp Number**, Kamu bisa pilih jumlah nomor WhatsApp yang ingin dimasukkan ke dalam WatZap selama masa langganan.

Nah, untuk kolom **Different Period**, Kamu bisa pilih masa berlangganannya. *(Jika Kamu sudah membeli paket 1 Tahun, maka opsi ini tidak akan muncul)*

Selanjutnya Kamu juga bisa memilih apakah ingin mengaktifkan layanan [**Custom Domain + Custom Logo**](https://docs.watzap.id/help/subscription/broken-reference) atau tidak. Masa aktif dari Custom Domain + Custom Logo akan aktif mengikuti masa aktif paket yang Kamu gunakan.

Kemudian akan muncul kolom **ORDER SUMMARY** yang isinya keterangan berupa harga *upgrade* paket langganan yang menggunakan sistem [**Pro-rate Usage**](https://docs.watzap.id/help/subscription/apa-itu-prorate-usage), jumlah kontak, nomor WhatsApp, hingga masa berlaku paket langganan Kamu.

Selanjutnya pilih metode pembayarannya.

Kemudian klik tombol “**Continue to Payment**“.

Lalu akan muncul invoice/tagihan seperti ini yang mana Kamu bisa menyelesaikan pembayarannya sesuai dengan nominal yang tertera.

Jika Kamu sudah menyelesaikan pembayarannya, maka akan muncul keterangan “**Pembayaran Anda Berhasil Diterima**” seperti ini. Artinya pembayaran Kamu sudah berhasil masuk ke sistem Kami dan paket Kamu sudah berhasil di-*upgrade*.

Untuk mengecek masa paket Kamu sudah di-*upgrade* atau belum, Kamu bisa klik tombol “**Kembali ke Dashboard**” ini.
