# Cara Menambahkan Anggota/Member Baru di Akun WatZap

Team Member adalah fitur yang bisa menambahkan akses ke orang terpercaya Kamu. Misalnya, Kamu memiliki 1 CS yang dipercayakan untuk mengakses dashboard WatZap. 

Nah, Kamu bisa menambahkan akses WatZap untuk dia, supaya dia bisa mengelola akun WatZap Kamu. Jadi ibaratnya Kamu sebagai Admin, dan CS Kamu adalah User.

Cara menambahkan anggota/member baru di WatZap adalah dengan mengunjungi menu **Account Settings** terlebih dahulu.

Lalu klik menu **Teams**.

Kemudian klik tombol “**Add New User**“.

Lalu akan muncul tampilan seperti ini.

Nah, Kamu bisa isi kolom User Email, First Name, dan Last Name sesuai dengan data user/CS Kamu.

Untuk kolom Pilih Level, Kamu bisa klik tulisan yang **Manager**.

Jika sudah selesai memasukkan data user/cs dan memilih jenis levelnya, Kamu bisa klik tombol “**Send Invite**“.

Akan muncul notifikasi “You’re done” yang artinya Kamu berhasil menambahkan Email untuk user/cs baru ke dalam Akun WatZap Kamu. Kemudian Klik tombol “**Ok**“.

Setelah itu Kamu bisa cek pesan di Email yang telah Kamu daftarkan tersebut. Klik pesannya.

Lalu klik tulisan “**ACCEPT INVITATION**“.

Kemudian akan muncul tampilan seperti ini.

Dibagian “Create a Password” Kamu bisa buatkan password untuk Email-nya, supaya user/cs Kamu nanti bisa login ke akun WatZap Kamu.

Dibagian “Pre-type  Your Password” Kamu bisa ulangi password-nya.

Jika sudah selesai membuat password-nya, klik tombol “**SET PASSWORD**“.

Setelah itu akan muncul keterangan seperti ini, artinya user/cs Kamu sudah bisa login dan akses akun WatZap menggunakan Email dan Password yang telah Kamu buatkan.

Akses yang telah Kamu buatkan untuk user/CS Kamu juga akan terlihat seperti ini di dalam menu Teams pada Account Settings WatZap Kamu.
