# Cara Menggunakan WatZap.Chat

Langkah pertama, [**koneksikan nomor WABA Official**](https://docs.watzap.id/help/waba-official/cara-connect-nomor-waba-official) Kamu terlebih dahulu di menu **Business Profile**.

Pastikan statusnya **Connected** seperti ini.

Kemudian, kunjungi halaman [**WatZap.Chat**](https://watzap.chat/) dan login menggunakan akses yang sama seperti [**app.watzap.id**](https://app.watzap.id/).

Maka akan muncul tampilan seperti ini.

Jika ada customer yang chat ke nomor WABA Kamu, maka tampilannya seperti ini.

Kamu bisa respon dengan isi kolom chat nya dan klik tombol **Send**.

Jika ingin **kirim file** seperti gambar, pdf, video, Kamu bisa **klik icon peniti** ini.

Lalu masukkan file nya ke pop up **Attach File** ini.

Selanjutnya, klik tombol icon kirim pesan ini.
